SACRED SOMATIC JOURNEYS
Words can hardly describe the power of this deep, transformative work. Sacred Somatic Journeys is a unique style of bodywork that combines breath, sound, touch, energy, and intuitive guidance to help your body unlock, process, and heal stored emotions, trauma, and negative beliefs.
Our bodies hold so much, often the very things that keep us stuck in patterns, disconnected from our true selves, or living a life that doesn’t feel aligned. Maybe this resonates with you. Perhaps you’ve tried talking therapies, but so often the body is the true gateway to healing.
In these sessions, I guide you to connect deeply with your own body, so that you become the healer. Feeling fully safe and held in your emotions allows them to be processed, releasing tension, trauma, and stored patterns from the body.
What to Expect
A Sacred Somatic Journey is a 2-hour session(with a minimum of 60 minutes on the bed).
Initial Check-In: We’ll start with a conversation about what’s alive for you right now. This is a safe, witnessed space where you can share openly with a trauma-informed practitioner.
The Journey: You’ll lie on the bed as I place my hands on your body, guiding you to move away from the mind and into your body through breathwork. Energetic “doorways” throughout the body are worked on to unlock what’s ready to be felt and released.
Processing and Integration: As emotions, memories, or sensations arise, space and guidance allow them to flow, leaving you in a state of deep emotional and spiritual peace. After the session, time is given to integrate your experience and share insights if you wish.
Every session can bring profound results, but for lasting change, multiple sessions are recommended.
