🍃A Deep Dive Opening Session
Start your journey with a 2.5 hour session of Coaching, intention setting, and Holistic Full Body Massage, designed to inspire, ground and create safety.
🍃4x Sacred Somatic Sessions
Through breath, sound, touch, and energy, these powerful 90 minute healing sessions help release trauma and emotional blocks from the body, letting go of the patterns that hold you back so you can step forward with more freedom.
🍃2x Life Coaching Sessions
A safe and supportive space for cultivating emotional empowerment, self-compassion, and self-discovery. These 60min sessions help you understand yourself more deeply and create the clarity and courage to move forward into a life that feels authentic and true to you
🍃Home Support and Resources
To help you get the most out of your journey, you’ll receive recorded guided meditations, videos and journal prompts to keep you centred and aligned, along with WhatsApp voice and text support to ensure you feel fully supported every step of the way.
🍃An Ending Ceremony
A 90 minute session to honour and reflect on your journey, deepen integration through Coaching on the steps ahead, and close our time together with a nurturing blissful Indian Head Massage.

To get started click the link below. You will be taken to my booking page where under Change Within you can book your first opening session. A £100 deposit will be required at this point which will be deducted from your first payment. Next I will personally be in contact to welcome you, explain the flow of the program and to arrange your other sessions.
