SACRED SOMATIC JOURNEYS
Words cannot almost describe this powerful deep work. Sacred somatic work incorporates breath, sound, touch, energy and guidance into your body to unlock and heal negative beliefs, trauma and stored emotions.
So much is stored in the body which holds us back in life and leaves us living a life that is not in alignment to our true self or repeating patterns. This work is all about me guiding you into your own body so you are the healer. Feeling fully safe and held in your emotions and pain so it can be fully processed is the only way I have found it releases from the body.
During a session I will place my hand on the front or back of your heart and help guide you in using a specific breath. Here you may meet old memories, emotions or sensations in the body. More doorways on other areas of the body maybe worked. Space and guidance allows for this to move through leaving you at deep peace in your mind and body.
